Merchandising Racks / Discount Schedules / Co-Op Policy Retail Discount Schedule Accounts must choose returnable or nonreturnable, and all future orders will be processed on that basis. Returnable Schedule 1-4 20% 5-24 44% 25-99 46% 100+ 48% Non-returnable Schedule 25+ 50% Claims or discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of receipt. All discounts apply to assorted titles. Coop Policy Retail coop advertising allowances are based on a corresponding percentage of your previous year's net sales with Sasquatch Books: Advertising Allowances Retail accounts: 3% of previous year's net sales Wholesale accounts: 1% of previous year's net sales *Books bought via wholesalers must be documented to earn full coop funds. All promotions and/or events must be pre-approved in writing by your Sasquatch sales rep. Documentation of the actual cost of the promotion and proof of the ad must be furnished for reimbursement. Reimbursements for coop claims will be made by credits issued to accounts. All claims must be made within 90 days of the promotion/ad. Sasquatch reserves the right to approve the use of all funds and requires pre-approval. Use your coop to promote Sasquatch titles via: Print, radio, TV, and/or online advertising In-store placement Other (such as in-place discounting, etc.), as approved by your sales rep Ad space in account promotion materials In-store events Don't have enough sales to warrant coop but intend to grow your Sasquatch sales? Work with your Sasquatch rep to calculate an agreed upon growth percentage. This will increase your coop funds. This growth % will be reviewed quarterly. Accounts are eligible for 5% of the net dollar value of one supporting order per quarter.
